Cha Dao — the Way of Tea — is the ancient Daoist and Zen art of preparing and sharing tea as a path to inner harmony, presence, and connection. Each gesture, from the pouring of the water to the placement of the cup, becomes an expression of reverence and stillness.

What To Expect :
Our first session begins before you arrive.
A review of your health history, your patterns, your story. When you enter, you are welcomed into a space designed to begin the work immediately — warm light, subtle incense, vibrational frequencies already present in the room.
We sit together first. I listen — to your words, your pulses, the language your body is already speaking.
We identify what is asking for attention and together design a pathway forward.
You are then invited onto the treatment table. Sleeves to the elbow, pants to the knee is usually all that is needed. A table warmer and infrared heat lamp keep you warm throughout.
The clinic is equipped with an infrared sauna, biomat with PEMF and red light therapy, Nessor for delta wave reprogramming, and HeartMath software for heart-brain coherence.

We close with time for tea, grounding, and integration. Your herbal formula will be prepared and explained before you leave.
