Ceremonies

Person lying on a bed covered in colorful flowers and petals, with blue and yellow pillows around.

For our ancestors, ceremony and rituals were part of every day life. They saw nature as their teacher and followed her lead. The sun and moon and stars guided the way.

They watched the leaves fall from the tree to teach us non attachment.

They watched the bear pick osha root (and not poisonous hemlock) to open their lungs and take deep breaths after a long winter hibernation.

In modern days, many have forgotten who we are and our connection to the natural world.

By bringing ritual and ceremony back into every day life, it reminds us of our place in the cosmic cycle of life. We have these rituals for remembrance- to remember who we truly are. To remember how we are connected to each other, to nature and the cosmos.

Occasions might include:

Blessing Ways, House Blessings, Birthdays, Love Unions, Coming of Age, Intention Setting, Transitions,

To mark days on the calendar- solstice, equinox, full moons, new moons

We may commune with plants, tea, incense, in prayer

We may be in circles with nature, in tents, or teepee, sweatlodge, or a home

We may journey solo or in large groups

In stillness or movement

In all ways with a heart of devotion

If interested in co creating a ritual, ceremony, or event together, please message me the occasion and any vision you may have- it is an honor for me to walk beside you.
