Tips for Opening Detox Pathways

Hydrate- WATER IS LIFE
At a minimum- half your body weight in ounces daily
warm lemon water first thing in the morning
alkaline water
”Quinton isotonic”- cold micro filtered seawater
Look into water filtration- RO, distilled and remineralized, structured

SWEAT- Infrared sauna is great
Castor oil packs (bonus if you combine these with the sauna)
hot baths in Epsom salts, magnetic clay, mustard baths- for 20+ minutes
move your body

BREATHWORK-
box breathing, holotropic, transformational, 3-4-7, alternate nostril
James Nestor’s book Breath is excellent.

COLON HEALTH-
Be sure your bowels are moving 1-2 times a day
Coffee ememas or colonics
Potential herbs to help- triphala, GI Detox, Bowel Mover by Cellcore

LYMPH-
lymph massage, dry brushing, rebounding, vibration plate, move your body

SUPPLEMENTS- these will be individual- common ones are
milk thistle and dandelion
digestive enzymes
NAC- helps our body make glutathione (so do coffee enemas)
IonBiome by Dr Zach Bush to help seal gut junctions
binders if you are moving toxins such as heavy metals/ mold- again individually Rx
(Biotox and ViChem by Cellcore are my two favorites right now)

IV drips- high dose vitamin C + glutathione
